🛠 Repairs or Replacement — No Refunds

Because each piece is sold through selected hotel partners in Bali, we do not offer refunds. These bracelets include a margin for the hotel, which makes traditional refunds impractical.

That said, if your piece is damaged, defective, or has an issue, we will gladly offer a repair or replacement, depending on the situation.

📩 How to Report an Issue

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

  • The name of the hotel where it was purchased + the date

We'll respond quickly to guide you through the next steps.
