BELGIUM × CELUK, BALI

Precision begins it.
Human hands finish it.

The figures begin as detailed digital sculptures. Precision masters travel to Celuk, Bali’s historic silversmithing village, where lost-wax casting and hand-finishing turn them into individual silver objects.

Jean-Pierre Bobbaers, founder and designer

THE ORIGIN

Designed from
a wish to remember.

Jean-Pierre “JP” Bobbaers is a Belgian designer who fell in love with Ubud.

After years of returning to Bali, he wanted an object visitors could take home that was worthy of the island: not anonymous, not disposable, and not separated from its story.

JP digitally sculpted five figures and brought them to Celuk. Mythical Figures of Bali™ grew from that meeting of European design precision and Balinese craft knowledge.
