For Event Organisers in Bali

The gift delegates
actually keep.

Handcrafted sterling silver pieces — rooted in Balinese mythology — for premium pillow gifts, gala dinners, and corporate recognition in Bali.

Handcrafted in Celuk, Bali · Sterling Silver 925

A corporate gift, reimagined

Purpose-built for MICE, DMC, and event agencies in Bali. Handcrafted sterling silver pieces, supplied in event-ready quantities — from welcome ceremonies and gala dinners to VIP recognition and pillow gifts.

Where it works

Beyond the pillow gift

The same piece, used at different moments in your event, creates entirely different effects. A few of the most requested use cases.

— 01

Welcome Ceremony Gift

Hand the pendant to delegates on arrival as part of a short Balinese blessing. The ritual becomes the opening "wow" moment of your programme — and the piece is worn for the entire event.

— 02

Gala Dinner Table Gift

One figure per table — Barong, Hanoman, Dewi Sri — turns each table into its own conversation. The mythology card at every place setting gives speakers a built-in storytelling hook.

— 03

Recognition & Awards

Replace the generic crystal trophy. A silver Barong in its black cylinder for "top performer" or "deal of the year" — wearable, meaningful, travels home in a suit pocket.

— 04

VIP & Speaker Gift

A tiered upgrade: standard pendant for delegates, presentation-boxed engraved pendant hand-delivered to C-suite suites. Speakers post on LinkedIn — your client's event reaches a global audience.

— 05

Pillow Gift, Reimagined

If the classic pillow gift is the brief, this is the version delegates actually unwrap. Black cylinder, personalised sponsor letter, mythology card, QR to the figure's story.

— 06

Cultural Programme Add-On

Optional excursion to Celuk silversmith village to witness the lost-wax casting process. Delegates receive their piece after seeing it made — a sellable cultural add-on for your DMC programme.

  • v.
    QR code → digital story

Discreet QR on the cylinder leads delegates to the full mythology of their figure. Extends the brand experience beyond the event.

  • vi.
    Optional laser engraving

Initials, event date, or your client's logo, engraved on the back. Adds bespoke positioning.

The craft behind it

Designed in Brussels.
Cast in Celuk.

Event organisers use this story when they pitch to their client. You are not buying a gift — you are buying a story your delegates wear home.

Jean-Pierre Bobbaers, Belgian designer
The Designer

Jean-Pierre Bobbaers

Belgian designer based between Brussels and Bali. Founder of IMAGINIF, an architecture and design agency with over two decades of work across interior and industrial design. Every figure begins as his pencil sketch in Ubud.

3D CAD sculpture of a Balinese figure on screen
A first for Bali

From CAD to silver.

Sketches become 3D models in Brussels, printed in wax at Materialise in Leuven, then cast in silver by the master silversmiths of Celuk village. The first time CAD modelling and 3D printing have been combined with Balinese lost-wax casting.

Laser engraving on the back of a pendant: logo, trademark, and 925 hallmark
Mark of authenticity

Every piece is signed.

Each figure is laser-engraved on the back with the ornate brand mark, the ™ symbol, and the international 925 hallmark that certifies sterling silver. Quiet proof that the gift your delegate holds is the real thing.

The full process · 12 short clips

From pencil sketch
to polished silver.

Twelve short videos show the complete journey — research, 3D modelling in Brussels, wax printing in Belgium, and lost-wax silver casting in Celuk village.

The delegate experience

What your guest
actually receives.

Four moments, carefully sequenced. This is what you describe when you pitch the gift to your end client.

01

They find the black envelope

On their pillow, at their place setting, or on the stage podium. Inside: a personalised letter from you — the event sponsor — explaining why this gift was chosen for them.

02

They open the cylinder

Matte-black tube, brand logo in silver. Inside rests a handcrafted sterling silver pendant on a signature black cord. Their first reaction is tactile: weight, finish, craft.

03

They read the mythology card

A short card explains the figure they received — Barong, Hanoman, Dewi Sri, Lion, or Dwarapala — and what it symbolises in Balinese tradition. The gift now carries meaning, not just value.

04

They scan the QR, and the story continues

The QR code leads to the full mythology — the craft in Celuk village, the designer behind it, the five guardians of Bali. Long after the event ends, the story is still unfolding.
